Refund Policy
PackClose HQ · effective 2026-07-23 · written in plain language on purpose - if anything here seems to promise more than the product does, the product wins and we fix the words.
1. The short version
Try everything free for 14 days with no payment method - that trial IS the refund policy done right: you only ever pay after you've seen the product work on your own files.
2. Subscriptions
Month-to-month, cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and we don't charge again. We do not prorate partial months, and we do not refund a month already billed, except: (1) if we materially failed to provide the service during that month, tell us and we will refund or credit it; (2) where a refund is required by applicable law; (3) duplicate or erroneous charges, which we refund promptly.
3. Your data either way
Refund or no refund, canceled or expired: your workspace stays readable and your full export works. We never hold records hostage over money.
4. How to ask
Email info@packclosehq.com from your account address with the workspace name. Refund decisions come from a person, within 5 business days.
