Refund Policy
PackClose · effective 2026-09-04 · written in plain language on purpose - if anything here seems to promise more than the product does, the product wins and we fix the words.
1. Subscription trial and cancellation
Adding a card starts a 14-day free trial at $0. Cancel before it ends and the subscription will not begin. After conversion, the PackClose Workspace is month-to-month at $249, billed in advance; cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not prorate a partial month.
2. Subscription refunds
We refund duplicate or erroneous charges promptly, honor refunds required by law, and will refund or credit a month if we materially failed to provide the service. Other correctly billed subscription months are non-refundable.
3. Optional engagements
A separately accepted engagement agreement states its payment, cancellation, rescheduling, acceptance, credit, and refund terms. Those terms control that work.
4. Your data either way
Canceled, expired, or refunded: existing records stay readable and the full export remains available during the published availability window. We do not hold records hostage over payment.
