Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Business account and organization details; workspace files your authorized team provides after intake is enabled; extracted values, decisions, deliverables, and audit events; subscription/payment status from our payment provider; and ordinary security and operational logs. We never receive card numbers.
2. How we use it
Only to create and secure the workspace, process evidence, provide support, administer billing and optional engagements, and maintain the audit and retention record. We do not sell personal information or use confidential content to train AI models.
3. When customer files can enter
The sample workspace needs no card. Customer-file intake opens only during a started trial/active subscription after deployment-security controls are armed, or under an explicit accepted-engagement override. Files arriving before enablement are refused before storage.
4. Subprocessors and optional AI
The current subprocessor inventory is supplied with the engagement packet. Each provider receives only what its function requires. Optional AI-assisted processing is off by default and may be used only when disclosed under approved no-training terms; a no-model path remains available.
5. Security
Named accounts, staff MFA, salted password hashing, encrypted stored objects, bounded file-safety screening, tenant-scoped authorization, append-only audit events, and tamper-evident completed versions protect the workflow. The Trust Center distinguishes shipped, deployment-gated, and planned controls.
6. Retention, export, and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the account is active and under customer-configured schedules. After termination, export remains available for at least 30 days, then active-store data is deleted unless a legal hold or configured retention duty requires longer. Residual backups expire through the then-current backup lifecycle; if a backup is restored during that period, deleted data is identified and re-purged. A deletion confirmation is available on verified request.
